Brenda Schnurer joined the firm in 2010 bringing with her an extensive background in the executive search and recruitment business. In this role, she is responsible for implementing internal processes and procedures while ensuring a continuous and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Brenda enjoys an industry-wide reputation for continuous improvement, diligence, perfectionism, accountability and loyalty. She's perceptive, intuitive and open and her track record proves that these skills make a big difference to our firm and the clients we serve.

Brenda was the Project Coordinator/Office Manager for the Calgary and Vancouver offices of Futurestep (A Korn/Ferry Company), where she was responsible for all office functions, as well as project coordination with major clients involved in large-scale recruitment outsourcing arrangements. Brenda was recognized by Futurestep's Global CEO in early 2010 with the "Above and Beyond Award" highlighting her commitment and dedication to her position and the company. 

Previously, Brenda was employed by Robert Half Canada, starting out in Calgary as Sales support for a number of the Legal & Finance Consulting divisions before moving to Edmonton to take over all Branch responsibilities as Lead Administrator. She was consistently recognized at Robert Half Canada with numerous awards including recognition as the Top Administrator across the firm's Canadian offices.

Having begun her career with a Chicago-based law firm, Brenda has augmented her formal training as a Legal Assistant with a diploma in Business Administration from Alberta Career College. In her spare time, Brenda lives a very active healthy lifestyle enjoying outdoor pursuits including boating, jet skiing, hiking, running and travelling to warm destinations.
