Our Story
Pekarsky Stein is a Partnership formed between Adam Pekarsky and Terry Stein. Adam and Terry are, first and foremost, good friends and respected colleagues. They have known each other professionally and personally for nearly 15 years and in forming the partnership of Pekarsky Stein, combine a complementary skill set, a commitment to the highest ethics and a shared philosophy about work, family, and a passion for excellence in all that they do.
When you engage Pekarsky Stein you are engaging Adam and Terry the people, not merely the brand. Though they have tremendously talented support and resources around them, clients are not paying for high overhead, international offices or multiple and divergent lines of business that distract from the core mission of providing customized, nimble and responsive service.
Adam, an active member of the Law Society of Alberta and Terry, a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Human Resource Professional, have grown up holding themselves not only to their own high personal standards, but to the professional and ethical standards of the professions they serve.
Finally, Adam and Terry believe in approaching life in a positive manner including giving back wherever they can, and they believe their clients are no different. Whether it's their exposed-brick and sandstone office in one of Calgary's oldest heritage buildings, their annual rooftop patio party or their commitment to give a percentage of all annual billings to the Alberta Children's Hospital, Adam and Terry have created an industry-leading boutique consulting and recruitment firm with which clients and employees alike feel proud to be associated.
